No more medical certificates! But beware: since January 2026, the Health Prevention Program (PPS) has evolved into the Health Prevention Pass, which is now subject to a fee and valid for one year.
This pass is mandatory for all adult runners who are not FFA license holders and wish to participate in an official race.
To validate your registration, you must either
☑️Hold a Health Prevention Pass (PPS) Price: €5 / Validity: 12 months
OR
☑️Submit your FFA license if you are licensed.
🔎 How does the PPS work?
It's quick and easy! Just go to
https://pps.athle.fr/ and follow this online course, which will teach you about several essential points:
➡️ Identifying risky situations (unusual symptoms, precautions depending on age, impact of lifestyle habits, etc.).
➡️ Knowing when to see a doctor if necessary.
➡️ Understand the importance of life-saving actions.
➡️ Access a database of information on health and sport.
Once completed, you will receive your participation certificate, valid for 12 months, which can be downloaded as a PDF or added to your digital wallet.
What about minors?
No Health Prevention Pass! They fill out a free health questionnaire with a parent before the race. A specific certificate is then issued to them.
